"I help people change the way they think, feel, and relate — and I understand how biology can keep people stuck."
At the heart of my work is compassionate, relational therapy: creating a safe, grounded space to make sense of your life and shift long-standing patterns. Because stress and emotional habits live in both the body and the brain, I bring a whole-person perspective to your care. When it fits your goals, I integrate psychotherapy and neuromodulation in the same session to calm the nervous system and support deeper, steadier change.
If You’re Here, You May Be Feeling…
• Your mind won’t slow down, and your body feels constantly on edge.
• You’re trying hard, but the same emotional or relational patterns keep showing up.
• You’ve tried talk therapy before and gained insight, but you still feel stuck in the same loops.
• You feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from yourself and others.
• You want meaningful, lasting change that touches both your mind and your daily life.
Therapy can help you feel grounded again.
Healing isn’t only about insight — it’s about how your whole system responds to stress, fear, and connection.
Sometimes you understand what’s happening on an intellectual level, but your nervous system stays stuck in fight, flight, or shutdown mode. When worry, trauma, or stress become hardwired, it affects how you communicate, how you love, and how you feel day-to-day.
Years of clinical and research experience have taught me that true transformation happens when we treat the whole person: honoring your emotional story, your relationships, and your biology.
This is the foundation of my work.
Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an active, collaborative partnership. When we meet, we explore how your thoughts, relationships, and expectations—both of yourself and others—affect your daily life. You will learn to understand your underlying patterns, build steadier ways of responding to stress, and relate authentically while expressing who you are and what you feel.
Couples Therapy
Many couples reach out when things feel fragile or uncertain. Some seek support during a major life transition to stay connected, while others want to be proactive and learn how to navigate challenges before they grow. Being in a partnership should never mean losing your individual identity. I help couples understand their relational patterns, communicate with clarity, and rebuild trust.
Family Therapy
Families take many forms, including families of origin and families of choice. Family therapy helps reduce conflict and brings clarity to each person’s perspective as the family navigates different stages of life. We explore where your family is in its life cycle and how stress, roles, and long-standing patterns shape the entire system. Together, we work toward healthier communication, stronger connection, and more supportive ways of relating.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback helps train the brain to adopt new patterns that support calm, focus, and emotional regulation. It can reduce anxiety, improve stress tolerance, and foster clearer thinking. When appropriate, I integrate neurofeedback directly with psychotherapy so we can work with both your thoughts and your nervous system within the same session—helping shift patterns that feel deeply stuck.
qEEG Brain Mapping
qEEG brain mapping provides a detailed, non-invasive look at how your brain processes stress, attention, and emotional information. By recording your brain's natural activity, mapping helps identify biological patterns contributing to chronic worry, anxiety, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. This information guides personalized neurofeedback protocols and supports targeted care. Typically, only one brain map is needed.
Alpha-Stim
Alpha-Stim is a gentle, non-medication treatment that helps reduce anxiety and depression, while improving sleep through nervous-system regulation. Using microcurrent stimulation to promote calm and emotional balance, sessions are comfortable, quiet, and easy to integrate into therapy. Alpha-Stim can be used alone or alongside talk therapy to support deeper relaxation and a steadier mood.
Our Therapeutic Approach
What I offer
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy rooted in evidence-based care. My approach combines compassionate talk therapy with practical insight—helping you make sense of your patterns, rebuild trust in yourself and your relationships, and create change that feels truly possible.
Safety, connection, and deep understanding guide every session.
Support for What You’re Facing
I work with individuals and families navigating:
• Anxiety and chronic worry
• Panic and physical symptoms of stress
• Relationship stress and recurring conflict
• Communication breakdowns
• Burnout and emotional overload
• Major life transitions and adjustments
• High-functioning individuals who feel deeply stuck inside
My sessions feel calm, clear, grounded, and direct.
A Whole-Person Approach
For many clients, traditional talk therapy is exactly what is needed. For others, a combination of approaches helps reach deeper goals.
My practice is unique in that, when appropriate, I can integrate psychotherapy and neuromodulation in the exact same session. This allows us to address your emotional patterns and your brain’s stress-response patterns at the same time—helping you break long-standing habits, settle a hyper-reactive nervous system, and feel more grounded day-to-day. Neuromodulation options may include neurofeedback, brain mapping, and Alpha-Stim.
It is never required, and it is not the focus of every session. But when it helps, it can be remarkably powerful.
If you’re ready for support that feels human, grounded, and effective, I’m here.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if therapy hasn’t worked for me before?
Many people come to my practice after trying traditional therapy without getting the lasting results they hoped for. Often, standard talk therapy focuses heavily on insight—understanding *why* you feel or react a certain way. But insight alone doesn't always settle a dysregulated nervous system or shift deeply embedded survival responses.
In our work, we address both your narrative and your biology. By combining evidence-based psychotherapy with a clear understanding of your nervous system (and using neuromodulation tools when appropriate), we can address patterns at both the emotional and biological levels to help you finally experience real movement.
What does a session feel like?
My sessions feel calm, clear, grounded, and human. We start with talk therapy—exploring what you’re experiencing in your daily life, your relationships, and your thoughts. We slow down reactive moments, make sense of persistent patterns, and practice practical tools for change.
If we choose to integrate neuromodulation (such as neurofeedback), it blends seamlessly into the hour. You remain fully conscious, comfortable, and engaged throughout the process. The environment is designed to feel reflective and supportive, never clinical or cold.
How does neuromodulation fit into therapy?
Talk therapy is always the heart and foundation of our work. Neuromodulation serves as a supportive catalyst, not a replacement for talking things through.
When your nervous system is stuck in high anxiety, hyper-vigilance, or shutdown, processing deep emotional work can feel overwhelming. Neuromodulation tools—like neurofeedback—help quiet brain wave activity associated with stress or over-arousal. By gently training your brain toward calmer patterns during or alongside our session, your mind becomes more receptive to the insights, connection, and skill-building we do in therapy.
Do I have to use neuromodulation?
Not at all. Neuromodulation is completely optional and only recommended when it aligns with your specific goals and preferences.
Many of my clients receive individual, couples, or family therapy without any neuromodulation tools and make wonderful progress. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your history and goals to decide together whether talk therapy alone or an integrated approach feels like the right path for you.
How long does therapy take?
Because every person and relationship is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients seek short-term, goal-focused therapy for a specific life transition or challenge, while others engage in longer-term work to shift deep-seated relational patterns or long-standing stress.
We will regularly check in on your progress to ensure therapy continues to feel meaningful, effective, and aligned with your goals.
